The estimated delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is dispatched. The company will not bear any legal responsibility for the delay in delivery caused due to any force majeure event including without limitation natural calamity, governmental actions, pandemic, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance. It will be dealt strictly with the Delivery Partner’s Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). The order delivery policy will be governed by our Delivery Partner(s) which will be known to you once you receive the order dispatch notification in writing (by e-mail or otherwise).
The company can not be held liable for any delays arising due to Failed delivery attempts by the delivery partner either due to non availability of customer or other reasons from the partners end.However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Our delivery partner will make attempts to re-deliver either automatically or upon request, and if the parcel is still undelivered, In such cases, the parcel will be held by the shipper at the destination city for a stipulated number of days (as per the delivery partner’s T&C); thereafter they will follow the process as outlined in their T&C.
Order delivery timeline will be 2-6 days for domestic orders.
The tentative delivery timeline for international orders will be T+7 days.
The company will not be liable for any customer perceived expectations or charges they have paid at the time of placing the order.
